While hunting in ToFS when pulling i have received the debuff Restless Ice and it has failed to wear off. This dot appears in the song window, starts at 30ish seconds or so and does over 60k per tick. At least three times it appears to have bugged out as it will tick down to zero and then back to 5 down to zero back to 5. This has happened with the mob alive or dead. The only way i have found to remove it is to zone or die which is somewhat inconvenient.
If you cure it, you'll be good (until something else casts it on you). It is set up to recast itself on you if you let it go to term though.
