So i've been leveling up a ranger alt very quickly and havent been paying attention too incredibly hard to exact cooldown times etc so i could be off here, but are the Quickening and Hastening Auspice and Cover Track AA's bugged/broken? I thought both Cover tracks and auspice were 15 minutes long to start, but now with both hastening and quickening aa's near complete im still at 15 minutes on auspice and 7.6 minutes on cover tracks? something feels wrong here?
They weren't broken the last time I checked. Hastened and Quickened don't do the same thing. One reduces cast time and one reduces reuse/cooldown. I think hastened is reuse and quickened is cast time. Max hastened auspice drops down to 12 mins and cover tracks down to 5 minutes. I'm going off of memory here, but aren't all the ranks of hastened cover tracks 1 minute each? How are you at 7.6 minutes?
check Computer Clock maybe, sad how computer clock and cause so much trouble (unless they did a fix sometime ago)
