When tryin to hand in 'Traveler’s Journal' to a Wayfarers Brotherhood officer, in Nedaria's Landing. She gives it back and states she cannot accept gifts. All steps completed in order up to this point, and yes I have the 1.5 epic, even tried with it equipped. I submitted a petition and got the response of "..malfunctioning mechanic within EverQuest... please, submit a bug report.."
