Why is this being done? As a puller cover tracks is used every 3 minutes. Rangers are already unbalanced and probably the worst at mana usage. I see there is a 20 percent mana cost as well?? Are rangers getting something like cover tracks to help them as a puller in the upcoming expansion as well as some sort of mana boost?
Cover Tracks is not necessary for pulling. Rangers have so many ways to pull, split, park mobs and pull singles out of a crowd. Know your foe and use the correct strategy. If you are using Cover Tracks, then you are failing to successfully pull your intended target with the expected results. That said, I think it should be lowered to 80% and 10 min refresh with no mana cost.
The only things I want next expansion to help with pulling is an updated lingering and drifting smoke, Vinelash, and fluster/bluster upgrades on resists.
