Randomize everyone's starting character on Mischief

Would be hilarious to see the effects.

1. Only 1 character per account for each 30 days
2. Every character slot is randomly generated.

And if it rolls zerker or beastlord, you just don't get to play.

only if they fix the plane of fire levitation first.

Randomized character selection is just silly, it should instead randomize the server you start on when you press enter world with a 1% chance you land on Mischief and when you do it randomizes the name you chose to be something else entirely.

Roll, delete. Roll, delete, Roll, delete. OK, got the character I wanted.

Remove the delete button...

1 bullet, 6 cylinders, 1 spin, fun!

And then it turns into:
