During the ToL Raid "Primal Vampire", toward the end of the event, players can be charmed. If those players are charmed during an event failure and reset, those players' EQ instances may become non-responsive. They will not be able to interact with any UI and keypresses will have no effect, but they will be able to see things continuing to happen. Additional Note: The only fix I was able to find was to kill EQ via task manager and log back in.
