Probably not, DBG seems to have stricter TLP transfer rules because of past abuses. Lockjaw to Ragefire is one of the rare cases where you can transfer INTO a TLP. The more likely scenario is that DBG eventually merges the two servers, but only DBG staff would know if that's in the works.
