Quicktime bugging cleric spellbar.

    I avoided upgrading quick time this last expansion just because of this bug. Doesn't help the many bards who upgraded, but it shows how harmful this bug is.

    I have QuickTime blocked on a number of my characters. It is frustrating because the buff is absolutely amazing and makes a real difference for certain hybrids (BST + RNG) and priests (Cleric in particular). Not to mention the attack portion of the buff.

    I really hope this is made a priority. It is a pretty debilitating bug. Almost all of the people I play with don’t read the forums and are utterly confused/frustrated when this occurs.
