If an ability reads (going to use 2 handed weapon stance as an example) Increases damage with 2 handed weapons by 110%.. does it mean A) I am now doing 210% B) I am now doing 110% I know it seems like a silly question but there was a haste belt I looted from THO years back that read Increases attack speed by 130% ( and it means 30%) I have heard the description on that belt has been fixed since but always best to ask Thanks
