I thought only the RARE mobs had shifting loot tables on the mischief server across lvls and within the same expansions. Trying to do a quest and the NPC sends me out to kill mobs X Y and Z. And none of the mobs are dropping any of the items they would normally, but instead loot tables from mobs 4 zones away even though the mobs are not conned as RARE mobs, and the items are QUEST items. Are some quests not able to be completed on our server due to the randomness of the drops on non RARE mobs involved in quests? Being told to kill XY,Z and having to track down mob W 5 zones away that has nothing to do with the quest seems kinda lame.
