Problem with Pickzone and bind points

I've recently became aware of a problem with pickzone and bind points.

If you bind say in commons land 5 and this pick is not up you will be unable to gate to this location. "A mystical force prevents you blah blah" I tried gating over a 5 minute period without success.

If you die you will hang on the loading screen and client goes LD. Upon reconnecting it will load you into a random pick instead.

If people could verify this and /bug so the devs can see this.

I'm only pointing this out here to make people aware of this issue.

People are well aware of this issue. Perhaps you shouldn't be binding in the 5th instance of a zone.
