So tonight I can verify that If you do not own voa or rof that if you do the pre order for cotf the expansion will show up 18/20 again you will not be rolled back as I keep seeing its just a flag once it goes live you will have 20/20 and your aa's everything will go back to being what it was before this nice change today. its not a roll back like I keep seeing when a roll back happen you lose lvls aa and gear plat everything to a certain point of time they decide to roll the account back to a certain time. This was a mistake of soe as I understand it but oh well it will return once cotf goes live
