Looks like you were wrong. Here we are, 9 months later, and there are still 20+ guilds doing active content going into PoP.

The HoH, Tactics, CoD and Torment quests were on Al'Kabor. So those were classic to PoP/LoY era.

The PoHB and ToSR alternate quests were added much later. Also the alternate flag quests were added later.

Do the raids as intended and be grateful you have 85/15 here. That wasn't a thing when PoP launched originally. Also be glad you have checklist flags. When PoP launched those also weren't functional so if you missed Bertox you couldn't get KoS or Saryrn flags.

I'm pretty sure I remember doing the CoD alternate access quest on Fippy when PoP launched, so some of them will be there. Not sure if they all are or not though.
