From memory you zone into Plane of Tranquility from the plane of Knowledge and turn left almost 180 degrees you'll see a dock. Run down to the end of the dock and go into the little hut to zone into Fire. The first thing I'd do after you zone in is figure out how to zone back out, its usually only you in zone so training zone is fine. When you get in zone if you climb as high as possible on either mountain top you can hop over the wall with lev on and not have to go through the tunnel. Tunnel has a lot of see invis mobs so its tough to get through in the mid 50's. Really I remember the whole zone being tough to do molo in the mid 50's but its been a long time.
