Fixed Pixel Shader 2.0 setting ignored with DX11

    Hello,

    The Pixel Shader 2.0 display setting now seems to be ignored with DX11.

    Previously, flipping it on and off, the light reflecting off the armor was visible or not visible. With it the setting turned off, there was no light reflecting with DX9 - textures looked flat.

    Now, toggling it on and off it looks exactly the same, with the highly washed out/reflective textures.

    Turning it off previously at least made the paid for mounts look decent. Now, the setting does nothing and the shader hasn't been fixed yet. The armor and mounts look bad.

    Shader 2.0 setting set to on or off is showing like this at character select.

    Plate and chain look the worst. Leather and cloth are okay. This is the golden hero armor sold in the marketplace.

    Per Rarshaak's suggestion on Discord, typing "/dynamic" to turn off dynamic lighting, camping out and back in, along with changing Enhanced Vision from 0 to 100 seems to restore similar conditions to what DX9 had by simply toggling the Pixel Shader 2.0 from on to off. This only fixes it in-game though; the character select seems to have dynamic lighting on regardless of the setting in-game.

    There doesn't appear to be a toggle for dynamic lighting in the Options window. Could it get added?
