--Pick Pocket and Begging not gaining skill ups in the new expansion-- •Shadowblade's Specialized Proficiency requires Pick Pocket (steal) to be at level 125 •Shadowblade's Utility Proficiency requires Begging to be at level 125 However, neither of these skills are gaining skill ups in the new zones (Laurion's) off of attackable NPCs. I've tested pick pocket on all humanoid style mobs (anything that's proven to be assassinate-able should also be pick pocket-able), but not a single skill up since launch. One (1) attempt in Butcherblock yielded a skill up in Pick Pocket Five (5) attempts in Butcherblock yielded a skill up in Begging Assuming this is just poorly coded or an oversight vs an intentional feature. So for any Rogues looking to finalize these skill sets, just pop over to an old zone.
