I am unable to MGB Permanent DMF with my necromancer. It's the one thing necromancers can MGB. It is the only MGB I don't mind that has levitate since it's icon is faster to identify to remove from mercenaries and pets. It seems odd if druids are able to MGB Flight of Falcons yet necromancers can't MGB Permanent DMF. There is no 'spell didn't take hold' message either.
Necros have a group version of the actual spell that can be MGB'd. Dead Men Floating lvl 45 spell. Not saying it isn't a bug, but it's not like the AA version is the only group version.
For some reason its a group v2 but its MGB:No in the spell data. https://www.raidloot.com/spells?name=Dead Men&effect=&class=&level=&view= Mage perfected levitation is group v1 and not able to be MGB either. https://www.raidloot.com/spells?name=Group Perfected Levitation&effect=&class=&level=&view= This is more than likely by design and not a bug, the description does say targets group, and theres precident for permantent spells not allowed for MGB.
