Payed for an extra merc slot with DBG cash on my account earlier today but after zoning it is no longer there. Tried to pertition but can't get the support site to work thanks to an email verification loop.
You should be able to verify that you purchased it from your account, go to recent purchases & you should see it there. Once verified you did purchase it & it shows on your account & if re-logging (all the way out & back in) doesn't fix the issue you will need to raise a ticket on the support site (link below) so that a GM can look into it. https://help.daybreakgames.com/hc/en-us
