Parceling items to a player that doesn't exist...

    Parceling items to a player that doesn't exist(mistyped name etc.) deletes the item instead of returning it as the NPC says. relogging doesn't have the item show back up in the inventory.

    Repeatable bug
    NPC: Clockwork XXVD

    Use to be that it would tell you that person doesn't exist when you click send at least last time it happen to me.
