so why didn't you ask them how to send money before you took them out of parcel? Heck, that way you'd have the name at least...
Feldara posted a similiar thread about being shafted on an opal encrusted stein via Parcel. Does that name ring a bell?
I did, he said I'll find out. I also send him a mail but there is not "sent message" in the interface, I should have friended him, and overnight I forgot the exact spelling. I dont know if its Feldara, it happened yesterday and if its him it is not the character name for sure.
I agree, the system could really use a little improvement. A simple list of your received/sent parcels would solve this problem.
