We just ran and beat the raid: no loot lockouts, no chest, was able to have one person loot a type 19 aug off of the bosses corpse but other than that, it's as if we were never there. After the event, the mushrooms kept spawning. This was on Xegony.

Going to run it again to see if it is definitely broke or something wrong with that one instance.

2nd run - same result. We dropped the original DZ before getting a new one too. Both times, the clean-up script didn't seem to trigger after the boss died because we had to kill the remaining adds.

I was on same raid with Kleitus. Aberration was dead before Hashiss died, though other shiknar was still up and did not despawn. Mushrooms kept spawning. Same on both runs.

Was able to confirm this and it is now being tracked internally. Thank you for your report!

Umm, like, if it wouldn't be too much trouble, can you hook up our guild with some extra raid coin for our trouble wasting half our evening and stuff?

Hopefully this doesn't take all month to fix.....

    Hotfix Notes: April 20, 2023

    *** Quests & Events ***

    - Rallos Returns (Raid) - Corrected an issue that prevented the Rathe Archivist from sending players to this instance.
    - The Insatiable An Appetite raid will now successfully complete when Hashiss is defeated.
    - Mouth of Madness: Lowered the difficulty of the Mouth of Madness mission to be more in line with the granted rewards.

So is it fixed now? And not just 'Internally'?
