purple rank marcia i can only use one of her at a time? also would be nice have a repeatable overseer quest where you could trade in a purple agent that you have multiple of for another purple even if 24 hour
seems i cant use my multiple of joren nobleheart blue rank at least currently ill try again when i finish my current batch
For iconic agents, you can only have 1 active, meaning if they're questing or incapacitated, additional copies can only be used for conversions/retirements. You can use as many non-iconic agents as you want. In other words, having multiple copies of iconic agents is pretty much pointless.
On Agents tab, click retire, you get an item for Overseer exp or 2 random agens of the next rank down.
