I don't know if the slots for the recruitment quests are randomly generated or not, but I was given the option for the Elite Recruitment quest for Marcia Attamilgad. The requirement for the slot 3 hero was that they be a level 5 merchant. Marcia is the only hero with level 5 merchant skill. Was it intended that we already have an instance of Marcia before we're able to recruit her? Is there any other benefit to doing and completing this quest other than to immediately retire her?
