The Level 4 Elite Military mission Heartbeat of the World requires a Soldier with skill level 5 in slots 1, 2, and 3. There are only two heroes that are Soldier level 5 (Firona Vie and First Ranger Kele). Neither of these (actually none of the elites) can be used twice since they're both Iconic. Was one of the slots misentered? Or is there a yet to be discovered elite hero with Soldier level 5 skill?
There will probably continue to be more and more duplicate threads until it is fixed. Are we supposed to police each other on the threads yet not expect for these broken quests in Overseer to be fixed? We are supposed to search for what is already in the forums while these quests go on for almost a year now without being fixed? The status quo is not quo! May there be a plethora of duplicate threads! Sedition!
The Search function on these boards is a joke anyway, it works about half the time maybe. Maybe someday like 30th Anniversary or so they will actually upgrade to a decent forum system or maybe it is just the servers and not the forums(service) that is being used.
Another quest with nonsensical hero requirements is Sticky Thicket. Slot 3 requires a level 5 Harvester with beneficials from Hardy, Bold, and Extravagant. The only level 5 Harvester is the Avatar of Tunare, which has none of those characteristics.
