There should be an option to rotate/refresh the mission list with DBC to bypass the 8hr timer. Just like we can pay to finish and to refresh the agents.
Heck no! So tired of the people with the unlimited real world bank balance wanting to be able to buy their way through everything. If you want a game you can simply throw money at in order to 'win' please go find another game.
I am not sure what game you are playing. But pretty sure refreshing the overseer quest list is no where close to "winning" Also if people have the cash to spend on things, why shouldn't they be able to? It's good for the player and good for the company. I could see if the rewards or something from overseer were game breaking, but they aren't.
When the marketplace was first introduced the issue of 'pay to win' was raised and the company at the time said they the marketplace would only be used for 'fluff' items, nothing that would give any player advantage. We can all see how long that lasted. XP potions to allow those who pay to level faster than those who don't. Tradeskill potions so you can pay and not worry about losing materials. Now, pay to refresh overseer timers ? If that happens how long before people demand the option to pay to refresh mission/task timers ? Pay to remove a raid lockout ? Don't like the loot that named mob dropped ? Just pay and you can reroll the loot in the chest.
