Is there an overhaste clicky item achievable for a non raiding toon? The ones I have found on Lucy for "Ancestral Memories X" are all raid items. I have an SK and only have group possibilities. Thanks for the help.
any 12%+ overhaste is from raid events, as are most 10%s. There are plenty of 8% overhastes available from groupable and even soloable mobs: http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/spell.html?spell=2737
It should be noted that most of the 12-16% overhaste clickies come from lv 75-85 raids that can be easily farmed by a group of lv 100 players in RoF group gear. You may want to consider doing that.

List of Overhaste Spell Effects The other thing to do when searching for overhaste spells at Alla, is simply put Increase Haste v3 in the search for any class any level. That will list all the overhaste spells. There are some lower overhaste items from the revamped zones during the summer (mostly 5%, iirc). And some of the 8% ones are really old and should be soloable by 80s, if not sooner. Seemed like we were trioing the Qvic mob at 75 or sooner. Yther Ore.
I looked over the items listed for overhaste and it seems like all the raid items are old raids from several expansions ago. Are there no overhaste items dropping from current raid content? That would seem like a big oversight as there are many characters such as myself that have only recently attained high levels. If none of the current raids drop overhaste clickies, and few if any are raiding older content, how is one supposed to get a raid overhaste item?
The overhaste items drop in the highest teir of content in each expansion. Sepulcher had a ring that had AM3 on it and I would Imagine that the RoF one will drop in the Heart of Fear raid (when T4 opens up). It doesn't matter anyway because if you have the earlier item you can just click it from your bag.
The effects have stayed the same (16% max) for several years now. Current raids (the top tier in each expansion) drop new items with current high-end stats, but they have the same clicky effect on them (AM3) as the old raids. Nobody is relying on current raids for these clickies. You either keep an old AM3 clicky in the bags from previous expansions, or you go group/solo old raids to get one.
Dzarn's Cord of Velocity from Vulak'aerr is the only RoF AM3 item so far, but as implied above, there will probably be some in tier 4 once it is released.
