On the inspection window of any item of visible armor, the square box where you click to insert or remove an armor ornamentation augment, next to the label "Slot 4, type 21 (Armor Ornamentation)" -- the top third of that aug box is unresponsive. Doesn't matter which piece of armor or which aug.
