Serrated Girplan Shiv, item ID 70461, is a 1HP but has no classes listed as usable. It also has no Backstab damage listed which is weird for a dagger. https://eq.magelo.com/item/70461 This item on standard servers should drop from the 63-67 level instance of Sewers, but had never been found (because no low level people do those) until it got randomized into other loot tables, which is why it has never been reported.
Since this is a low impact bug I don't expect it to get a lot of attention, but it is a pretty trivial one to fix (set classes variable to 16777 instead of 0, and backstabdmg to 14 instead of 0)
This is true. But this is not such an item. This is item 70461. Item number 70460 Wooden Wand of Whispers, a caster/priest primary dropped in RCoD Sewers A instance for levels 63-67 Item number 70462 Torkin's Club of Pain, a DPS 1hb dropped in Sewers B instance for levels 63-67 A year ago based on the layout of item IDs I'd already figured out exactly where this item should drop, Sewers A instance level 63-67. This item was randomized on Mischief onto a WoS rare mob as a loot drop, so it is not a cosmetic.
