Now that the expansion is out.... can you fix some of the stuff we talked about in Beta?

This is in regards to rangers:

Squall of the blades came out but not a focused version.

Our healing spells cost more mana than lower level ones, RK III cloudburst is the same healing as Rank I cloud font but cost more mana.

Your prompt attention to these matters is expected.
