It has now been roughly 2 months since Novus Vita was created. With each week we see a bigger roster, and a little more content dies. 90% of NToV is being farmed weekly right now. And with just a few more dedicated raiders we can break out of that and romp through Rain of Fear. We are looking for like minded people who can commit to raiding on a Monday - Thursday 8pm- 11pm est schedule. Requirements at this time are level 93 and 3000 well spent AA points. Minimum raid attendance required is 75%. allthough we are looking for members that want to commit to more of a full time raid schedule and can consistantly maintain 90%. Never even came close! Leadership was never on the same page, ego's were too high, many people logged in just to raid, and could care less about the guild otherwise. Recruiting was rubbish, raid attendance was horrid, and bickering was rampant. Somewhere in early December there was a mass exodus after a fairly new member (who was actually playing & advancing his character) was de-guilded for speaking his mind. By that point most of the officers were never on even when raids were scheduled. This member basically pointed out that all he ever saw was by the leadership and officers, which by his experiences with them was 100% true. After that fall out, the excuse of the holidays was used to explain why almost no one would be logging in. I left at that point knowing that "closing up shop" was inevitable. I still have one friend left in the guild who says on a good day 4 people log in, not including their alts/bots, only one officer has been online since last year, and he/she ignores communication. In my opinion this was a dead guild before it started, built on false grandeur, with unrealistic goals, by a few delusional people. With that said and not burying all the officers. Tileena, Midasa, and Sepha were always great to interact and hunt with. Unfortunately it seems they have given up as well, so farewell to the few in a sea of douches!
Well by all accounts of that seems they didnt really hope to set it off and hope you at least landed on your feet elsewhere.
I did TY, moved to Cazic with some friends and found a great guild there. For anyone who reads this that is still in Novus though, many of those who left went to RBB so you might want to look into that instead of wasting time with a guild who just left you guys hanging out to dry!
