If the out of group druid casts ANY damage spell NO ONE gets xp. Not my group nor the druid. I have repeated this several times to be sure.
Is the druid casting 1 det spell, or is the druid doing 51% of the damage (vs 2 wizards, I don't know how but gotta ask)? Is this on test server? What level are the wizards? What level is the druid? How are you confirming there is no exp (is anyone hiding or filtering messages to a spam window)? Any log lines to post from group and from the druid?
Level of druid? Level of mob? If its test server then this belongs in the test server forum. Also, note that its likely only temporary on test server in preparation for the next TLP.
All were level 75. Even when druid cast a very low level spell doing only a couple hundred damage no one got xp however I also found out that if I only had 5 in group and my druid out of group BOTH got xp. Now how does that work? On Thornblade server.

There's no chance someone out of group should be getting mob exp unless they do 51% of the damage, which would then mean the group gets no exp.

It happened...repeatedly. One person dropped from group to add their alt when I first saw it. Then I started testing and it was true each and every time.
You're not fading or evacing or anything are you? Did you try a different zone? Did you swap it around and try different toons out of group or is it just specific toons?
Not copy a dps parse, go into the log file and copy out the lines from someone in group, and from the druid, show that one mob kill is simultaneously showing either no exp or everyone exp at the same timestamp. Use the code tag so it doesn't try to forum code the text.
Here is an example of both no one and everyone getting experience respectively. The computers time are slightly different, but you can see the damage of hits and killing blows match up. There is a log at the bottom of when everyone entered and left the group. The group had 6 for both these kills, but Sweetly was camped out for the second example. I noticed we received xp while Sinnii was in group but out of zone which prompted the test of camping Sweetly out. While group was full and Faithe out of group no one received xp. What timezone? Are you engaging the mob, group get on aggro, then swapping group members? Faithe did not get a exp % reported, which it should with the new messaging system, was there any exp actually applied to the exp bar? Another thing, DPS race should be whomever does 51% of the damage gets the kill and exp, but in the top one Faithe had the killshot, and in the bottom one Raven had the killshot which is curious. It may just be a client reporting error due to them changing the system, but the devs would have to check the server logs to be sure. Meaning the group is getting the exp regardless of what is logged, its just the server has an error in the reporting.
My time zone is Central if that is what you are referring to. No, I did not swap out group members after encounters started. I have no idea if it was xp applied or just reported. Faithe did minimal damage because I was just testing for repeatability.
