No upgrade to the wizards magic based Instant spell?

  1. Sanctuis Journeyman

    Unless I am mistaken, which is perfectly possible, we did not receive an upgrade to our magic instant. Does anyone know if this was this intended or an oversight? If intended, why? If an oversight, do they plan on fixing it and when?

    Ethereal salvo is not instant. We asked about the omission of cloudburst and splash lines in beta but to my knowledge, got no reply.
