My merc window doesn't have the stance options balanced, passive, etc. I have to select stance when purchasing merc and will be stuck with that stance after purchase. I accidentally purchased a passive merc and it wouldn't do anything. My merc window is not showing the stance so I am unable to change it without purchasing another merc. Anyone know a fix for this issue?
What server? Did you server transfer? Did you test or beta copy? This issue did have a fix applied, I saw someone report betabuff characters still experience. Hit dismiss on the merc window (and accept) 10 times, ignore the messages. It will clear out whatever is causing the issue.
Your mercenary may be too bugged for this to work, but you can also try the /stance command. /stance reactive /stance passive ... etc. It's definitely better to get an unbugged mercenary, of course.
F2P and Silver do not get all the stances. Only All Access get them all. Did you recently fall to F2P or Silver?
