    because most of the server that needs green dragon scales will be able to just walk up to the dragon and get one, right?

    smaller guilds can band together and kill stuff - TOTALLY WITHIN THE ROTATION RULES - FFA a mob.

    I don't need you to fix anything for me, I can't speak for Ragefire but the Lockjaw qualifiers are not unfair nor difficult. Any guild with half an ounce of organization and simply reached out to us have been able to qualify. Talk to any of the guilds that have qualified since the rotation was put in place, I bet they'll all tell you we've been not only accomodating but welcoming of them into the rotation.
