I went to change a buyer to buy new rogue poison crafting materials from the luclinte ones and some of them are missing from the barter items to buy for, like: emberquartz flecked oleander, larkspur, etc.
Isn't there something like they have to be looted first then 24 hours later it shows up? There's some kind of trigger that populates available buyer for the server.
