https://forums.station.sony.com/eq/index.php?threads/eq-amd-fx-help-or-fix-please.212991/ There is a link for the AMD Overdrive File and how to setup a profile to underclock the AMD CPU. EQ has a max threshold on FSB/CPU speed, especially for AMD cpu before it freaks out.
Not sure if it helps. But mine was doing this and nothing on the web seemed to help. Turns out I had to enter the bios during start up and change the system performance setting from asus optimal to normal while in the uefi bios utility. Hope that helps.
Some of these thread are older threads, so lots of posts while narrowing down what the player base can do. EQ does not work well with when the AMD bus speed exceeds 200mhz and CPU multiplier exceeds 4.2ghz. That is from results posted by AMD users. https://forums.station.sony.com/eq/...unspeed-are-way-too-fast.211470/#post-3096712 https://forums.station.sony.com/eq/...nother-amd-fx-cpu-thread.208437/#post-3084327 https://forums.station.sony.com/eq/...al-core-bug-unable-to-play.4262/#post-3079790 https://forums.station.sony.com/eq/...cter-animation-glitching.199232/#post-2951905
