New or Hidden Update to Eqgame.exe? Guild Raid Video Capture

Seems that as of today, I am no longer able to record EQgame.exe as the codecs are busied out by the game and all attempts to record a guild raid are thwarted with copy right protection rules; Guild raid videos have been a common thing in the past; however under new management I would not be surprised if these rules have changed.

Is this intended if so, can someone from DGC please shed some light on this?

We don't have any issues with people who are recording gameplay (and we encourage our fans to do cool stuff, and show it off to other fans in places like YouTube or Twitch).

There haven't been any updates to live servers this week. It's possible this is an issue with whatever tool you're using to record.

If people are having an issue making videos or streaming, please share as much information here so the team can look into this.

What recording software are you using? I highly recommend Open Broadcaster Software, if you end up looking for something else.
