It's in the story window. "Opening the Gates" They went to Tacvi to retrieve an amulet that Calliav saw in a vision. He believed the vision to be from Zebuxoruk, but it was really from Mata Muram. Calliav was slowly being corrupted and was sucking the life out of Nedaria, though he didn't realize he was doing it. Morden returns with the amulet and gives it to Calliav to study so that they can rebuild the portal in Qvic and travel to the realm of Discord to search for a cure for Nedaria (not knowing Calliav was the cause). The original plan for Omens of War was for them to rebuild the Qvic portal and Calliav would be the end-boss of the expansion having been fully corrupted by Discord. However this storyline was dropped and instead it was the Priests of Discord who open the portal and we just fight Mata Muram instead. There is a one liner in another bit of lore that Nedaria opens her eyes (being cured). I don't remember if it's after you kill OMM or something else. That's the end of their storyline for the most part.
Nedaria opens her eyes at the end of the Depths of Darkhollow launch story from my recollection. She's slow to wake up.
