1. Created a new account - this one. 2. created and logged in a level 1 - added and consumed a Krono. 3. Logged out to character select. 4. Created a toon I wanted to heroic upgrade. 5. Logged into tutorial - no heroic yellow spam - no green upgrade button on the inventory page. 6. logged back to character select and logged back in - nothing 7. logged out entirely and reran the launcher - to character select - then into game - no upgrade showing. . . . did I just waste a krono?
I did it in game on old accounts even though the counter never changed. If that doesn't work then you might need to petition unless a dev responds somewhere on the forum first to tell you what to do or what they are doing about the issue.
I logged in all the way. logged out all the way. logged back in and counter on character select went up
