Just noticed the shield off the Lord Nagafen Raid has T2 AC, but no heartspike effect. However the much more easily obtainable Shield of the Slain Unicorn has the heartspike effect? Is this how the shield is supposed to be? Devs, is this an oversight? Curious if it is, seeing as how the Mighty Cloak of Flames off Nagafen is also considerably worse than the Ancient Cloak of Flames off any trash. Dragons just don't know how to keep a good stash any more it seems.
Well, it's already 10 AC lower than the best shield and Heartspike is a negligible effect at best, guess it isn't a huge deal.
It should proc a rune randomly when bashing, in my opinion. The original Bladestopper had 10 charges of Rune IV, it would be a solid fit.
^^^ Th Old Man McKenzie Bladestopper has a clicky rune, also. Rune and Bladestopper always goes together, like peas and carrots.
