We were told that mounts acquired from LoN packs would be claimable when Luclin opened up... This does not appear to be the case as I cannot claim the Crimson Cragslither.
Fairly certain that does not apply to expansion related mounts. IE only mounts actually available in luclin era would be available on luclin unlock.
LoN did not launch until Sept 2007, that would put it around the time of The Buried Sea, I would not expect LoN things to be claimable until then, but of course there are no hard and fast rules here so you may see them earlier.
Then Quarm mounts shouldn't have been claimable on the server either by that reasoning since Quarm wouldn't be available until 2016.
