I completed Hero of the Eastern Wastes, Grounded (Group), and Don’t Cry (Group). I was not rewarded the full 53.85% experience from completion.
The reward for Grounded and Don't Cry are just AA, not regular experience. Hero of the Eastern Wastes will go to your reward window since it grants the Luminous Restless Ice. When you claim the reward, I think you'll get the expected experience. However, I can think of a scenario where it might give a slightly different result. The one-time rewards in ToV are more like a flat amount of experience. So the percent experience displayed in the reward preview (or reward window) depends on your current level. If you go from one level to the next from the reward, you might get a different percent than expected. For instance, if you're 50% into level 111, and the reward preview says it gives 54% of the experience required to go from 111 to 112, you'll get to level 112. But you might not be 4% into level 112.
