Hey all, This post is going to be a little different. A few of us have a little crew of about 6-8 people who are currently 6 boxing. We are raiding and clearing all content each expansion. We have already cleared Txevu and Tacvi and have them on farm mode in GoD. We are looking for a few other 6 boxers who are proficient boxers, interested in challenging yourselves, killing raid targets in a relaxed environment, and collecting loot. We've been doing this since Kunark, and all of our toons have been pretty much BiS each expansion since we started. How we do loot: We hold loot until the end of the raid, and post screenshots of it in the discord loot channel. At the end of the night. everyone /randoms 1-1000. We then proceed with a snake draft on loot until all loot has been given out. (We are currently getting anywhere from 30-100 pieces of Tacvi/Txevu gear per raid) For example if there were 5 people: Loot will be distributed 1 2 3 4 5 5 4 3 2 1 1 2 3 4 5 . . . Bonuses are also given based on your loot position. The bonuses are 0 for first place, and increase by 25 for each position after that. Ex: 1st: 0, 2nd: 25, 3rd: 50, 4th: 75, 5th: 100 These bonuses are cumulative and will be added to the next raid's roll. This helps people from consistently rolling last place, or first place. Bonuses are reset based on loot given. Certain loot (decided by the group as a democratic vote) which is considered "excellent quality" will wipe your bonus. Brutish Blade of Balance is an example of an "excellent quality" item. If multiple "excellent" items drop, anyone who chooses them as their loot will have their bonus wiped and not receive a bonus for that raid. Flagging: While we aren't currently regularly running Uqua, Ink'tuta, or Ikkinz 4, as all our members are flagged, We will be willing to do a flagging run if enough new members join who need them. Raid Times: Raid times are flexible, as we adapt based on to limited people. We typically try to raid Tuesday or Wednesday night at 8-9 PM EST; and do our larger raids Saturday afternoon or evening typically (Though it can change based on people's availability) If you have any questions or are interested, please feel free to shoot me a message on discord at Xorthos#9671 or our other member recruiter at Para1119#2738.
