Mini-Bosses in Plane of Hate Frequently drop no loot

alright so if it's more than just one or two zones that have already been looked at, send a /petition in with the list of mob names you think is not working and go. my recollection is that originally there were chances of any mob NOT dropping anything what so ever. but I do not remember too well. but instead of flooding this forum with posts that are seen but go against the rules of the forum in general (and repetative) send in your issue via /petition or /bug. /bug goes directly to the devs btw if you did not know.
