Are melee tomes available on Phinny? I have an Iksar Monk and have checked in Cablis for tomes and haven't been able to find any. I'm level 10 and would love to be able to throw stones. Thanks for the assist.
Only npc i know with tome is in west Freeport outside temple of marr but check commonlands tunnel maybe some now there.
Commonlands tunnel. NPC against the wall just behind A Shady Swashbuckler. They are not KOS to any race.
