I seem to be getting in trouble lately. Two babies at home. Lack of sleep. Whatever excuse I can sell. Anyway, I like to kid around and I skate a bit close to the line sometimes. Apologies freely offered if needed.
Ale is beer that is top fermented. Lager is beer that is bottom fermented. That is the basic difference. Storage temperature is definitely a major factor as well.
Ale is beer so thanks fer yer ale ! : puts Nennius' ale away. And Brell has only blessed stout and not ale. Stout is bottom-fermented just as Kaladim and the Underfoot.
I so wish we could have a laughing emoji instead of just a like on the forums - the tshirt made me giggle this morning thanks!
