DBG, please unlock the "Trade" channel on Mangler. The amount of grief caused by this troll is making an inextricable mark on the community and health of the server. I sincerely hope you suspend the offending party and send a clear message that disrupting the server will not be tolerated.
The system channel "General1" is still locked after over a year on CV. Good luck requesting a player-made channel to be unlocked.
