On Mangler Server, the following items were incorrectly added back into the game during the Halloween event (1) Circlet of Shadow (prenerf - instant cast); (2) Fungus Covered Scale Tunic (prenerf all/all useable); and (3) Guise of the Deceiver (prenerf all/all usable) - although they should have been out of game starting with the launch of Velious permanently. These items should be removed from game and the nerfed items added back. Thanks!
There was a problem where the "launch dates" kept getting reset. I fixed the reset issue last patch, and went in and changed the launch dates. Those dates controlled the windows for those special drops.
