Do you have 50k mana? Even if you have full mana it won't work unless you have 50k. Although, I don't recommend using Mana Burn. It's not really worth it.
Last time manaburn was cool was back when the old baz was current and manaburn could actually crit! OP back then nowadays its a joke mobs have too many hps now.
