    Mana Reciprocation Strike III
    SlotDescription
    1 Decrease Hitpoints by 4137
2 10% Chance to trigger: Mana Re-Reciprocation III
from Mana Reciprocation Rk. III (level 103 enc spell)

    Hedgewizard's Spell
    SlotDescription
    1 Decrease Hitpoints by 6500
from Ancient Hedgewizard Brew (shaman potion)

Seems that shaman potions are better then my spell. This kind of saddens me. In this intentional?

    1. It an expendable item, rather than a free spell.
    2. I detest having to recast my Bard songs, or rather hate having bard songs at all, and thus avoid the short-lasting Repurcussion line where it isn't necessary.

I would say if the rarest item to make the potion is too common, then that should be the fix, rather than reducing the power of the pot or increasing the power of Repurcussion.

Im. Confused what you guys are getting at here i use mana recip and hedgewizard brew at the same time as they only have 10 % ish (depending on what spells you cast) chance to proc. So you wont always proc hedgewizard and the extra recip on every cast obviously you want the highest damage procs available.

The raidloot parser gives a more complete picture:

Notice that MR fires 100% of the time (assuming you have counters left), whereas the potion fires significantly less often.

Obviously the logical choice would be to have both up unless you are standing with the enchanter 100% of the time and im fairly certain mana recip has a chance to hit more then once and hedgewizard can only hit once per cast. Unless you get a twincast id assume it can proc twice.

I'll be honest, I don't have much in game experience w/ potions. Assuming their are no issues with stacking, I'd agree, this is the best course of action.

Either way, I think the OP missed the % chance to fire, which kinda changes the argument.
  7. Axxius Augur

I don't understand OP's reason for complaining. MR is a 100% proc (actually, a 111.1% proc) and much higher dps than the potion. The actual size of the proc is irrelevant.
  8. Teferi_Zebuxoruk Master

I did miss the % chance there.. I just thought they were an upgrade to my spell. Carry on!
    Sancus and Axxius like this.

to add a bit more information that might be value added,
They do stack, or did i haven't tested with the 105 versions but then 100 versions did.
When the potion activates it overwrites the buff's proc, even if the buff would dual proc
